Pausing is different from saving
Pause stops your microphone and recording timer. Keep this page open to resume. To finish, choose Done talking and wait for your questions. During questions, wait until your answers say Saved before leaving. Reopen the same account to continue.
The microphone won’t start
Allow microphone access in your browser’s site settings. Check that another app isn’t using it, then try again. Spoken answers can also be answered by typing.
My sign-in link isn’t working
Use the newest email link. Links work once. If it has expired or has already been used, request a new one from the sign-in page. Check spam if the email hasn’t arrived.
Go to sign in →I paid, but my Plan hasn’t opened
Payment confirmation can take a moment. Reopen your Idea Brief and let the app check the payment. Don’t pay again while confirmation is pending. If it still isn’t available, contact support with your receipt reference. Never send card details.
Where are my saved ideas?
Open My ideas after signing into the same account. Choose an idea to return to its questions, Brief or available Action Plan.
